0 Introduction Natural cotton is a variety of cotton that naturally has a color when bolling in the ground. In the process of deep processing of colored cotton, it is not necessary to use traditional dyeing techniques such as bleaching, dyeing and finishing, and eliminate the use of dyes. The resulting environmental pollution is recognized by the world as a pure natural pollution-free green ecological textile. Scientists at home and abroad have used genetic engineering technology, and now the color, quality, variety and production of colored cotton can gradually adapt to the requirements of the modern textile industry. The price of its products can reach three to five times that of ordinary dyeing products, and it has the irreplaceable advantages of other textiles in terms of economic and social benefits. According to the prediction of the International Organic Agriculture Committee, in the next 30 years, 30% of global cotton will be replaced by green ecological cotton.
Our company has developed a colored cotton far-infrared polypropylene shirt fabric by reconciling the outer polypropylene of far-infrared polypropylene (PP) as raw material. The product specification is CJ/PP 283 119.4.

3.1 Spinning Department
3.1.1 Cleaning Because the far-infrared polypropylene fiber has a small resurgence, it is prone to static electricity. When the production starts, the polypropylene roll is easily damaged during transportation. The cotton mesh on the carding machine breaks automatically and cannot be produced normally. Therefore, we have taken the following measures: :
(1) The far-infrared polypropylene package enters the workshop 24 hours in advance so that the temperature and humidity in the workshop can be balanced;
(2) After opening, apply a 10% antistatic agent solution on the surface of the far-infrared polypropylene fiber package. The water temperature should be controlled at about 40 °C. After the spraying, the polypropylene fiber should be mixed evenly.
(3) Made of chemical fiber packaging leather made of laps, each lap must be packaged strictly to maintain a stable moisture regain and prevent polypropylene from breaking;
(4) The speed of the comb needle beater of the A036C type cleaner was lower than that of the spun polyester fiber, which was reduced to 400 r/min.
3.1.2 Carding The change of the four-roller stripping cotton to the single-roller stripping cotton can reduce the Saboures' dryness by 5 percentage points. At the same time, the cotton net is clear, and the transfer is good and not easy to break. Carding uses a tightly-spaced, slow-speed process to reduce fiber damage.

3.1.3 The drafting process uses heads and small drafts, with a draft multiple of 1.7 to 1.8 times in the rear zone, 1.3 times draft in the secondary back zone, and 1.3 times the design after triple-trimming to improve slivers. Draw a three-bar pressure bar, pneumatically pressurize, and mix three channels to ensure evenness. The parallel process parameters and quality data are shown in Table 2.
3.1.4 The roving uses the process design of “large gap in the back area and centralized control†to ensure the coarse and quality data are shown in Table 3.
3.1.5 Fine pressure is applied to the fine spun yarn, small drafting is performed at a large gap in the rear zone, and soft rubber rollers are used.

3.2 Weave Department
3.2.1 The network has many impurities in the colored cotton itself. The Auto-coner 238 automatic winder is used to remove the thick knots, details, and large neps to the utmost, and at the same time, the speed is properly reduced. The original production of white cotton is the same. The line speed of the yarn was reduced to 1 000 m/min at 1100 m/min to reduce hairiness. 3.2.3 Sizing Because of the unstable pigment of natural colored cotton, the color of acid, alkali and strong oxidants will be changed. In addition, harmful substances cannot be produced during the sizing process to ensure the “greenness†of the colored cotton textile processing. Environmental protection. Therefore, formulating the slurry formulation is shown in Table 6.
This type has a high density, a fine yarn number, a large number of yarn hairiness, and a large cover factor. To ensure sizing quality, it adopts the “high-consistency, low-tensile tension, covering and osmosis considerations†process principles to achieve strong, secure stretch and agglutination. 3.2.4 Weaving process measures:
(1) For this variety, the warp yarns are easily entangled with each other after weaning, weaving adopting low back beam technology, lowering the warp stop, adjusting the broken car device, processing two dovetail slots on O14, and L1 also The slot angle is processed to make the car more sensitive and effective;
(2) Adjust the let-off and take-up mechanism, use double guide rollers to increase the angle of enveloping, and coat one of the guide rollers with rubber to increase the friction on the cloth surface and reduce the slippage of the fabric;
(3) improve the quality of the machine, so that the three flat curtain, adjust the device for lifting the heald, the needle off the car requirements sensitive, accurate guidance device specifications. Weaving process is shown in Table 8.
4 Product quality
The yarn quality of CJ/PP 14.6 tex is shown in Table 9. The results of the physical index test of grey fabrics are shown in Table 10.
Through the implementation of several key measures, the clarity of weaving openings has been improved, warp yarn blocking and “three jumps†have been reduced, and the difficulty in curling caused by large fabric tightness has been overcome. The head rate was controlled at 0.35 yarns/bench·h, the weft yarn breakage rate was controlled at 0.25 yarns/bench·h, the weaving efficiency was 87%, and the product rate of the grey fabrics reached 85%.
5 Conclusion Through the development of this product, it concluded that the pretreatment of far infrared polypropylene is the key to the entire production.
